Prep for Colorado

The Jerry can holders that were ordered with the bumper (back in April) finally came in. [singlepic id=5 w=320 h=240 float=right] I got them put on before work tonight and they feel pretty solid. We will be picking up a couple of jerrycans from my brother’s on the way out next week. This will ensure we have water and gas for the trip. I also put my 3rd brake light on yesterday evening. Its two little LED’s that fit in the lug nut holes on the spare tire. They are incredibly bright and light up the inside of the spare tire. They are as aesthetically pleasing as they are functional – a great combination.

So I was revamping my site in anticipation of mine and Andie’s trip to Colorado (more on that later) and I had a pretty good idea: Why not make my site for the whole family? All my brothers and sisters and their families? We could have one place to catch up on all the family stuff without dealing with facebook (yuck!!!) or email lists or other headaches of the modern age. Just one headache, this site.
